Silobreaker: The Good Girls
The Good Girls was established in April 2011, but the mission behind it was ignited long ago. We’re here to create women-led enterprises and social innovation. We believe that brands are now passion-driven and participatory communities. The best brands are communities where consumers and stakeholders play a role in the actual design, creation, and success of the brand.

We understand what is required in the digital age— openness and respect of partnerships. We put these ideas into all that we do and welcome clients into a relationship more so than a contract.
Hey, I’m a man! Can I still work with you?

Absolutely! We work with both women and men who are passionate about women’s ability to drive social progress and innovation.
What do you mean by social innovation?

We define social innovation as a novel business solution to a social issue that also delivers a triple bottom line: people, planet and profit. Digital tools help us get there by creating an open-source approach to the innovation process.

Our process places your brand stakeholders The Power Circle and their needs and desires at the center of the brand design. We get really close, really fast to deliver a more committed engagement from all stakeholders and a nimbler response to real-time market opportunities.
